1. Agreement to Terms

3. Accounts and Access
Some areas of the Services — such as the employee portal, applicant tools, and admin features — require an account. When you create or use an account you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@tmtit.com of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in any way that:
- Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Services.
- Scrapes, crawls, or harvests content or data from the Services using automated means without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineers, decompiles, or otherwise attempts to derive source code or underlying ideas from the Services except as permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and other content, are owned by TMT IT Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended business and informational purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. User Submissions
When you submit information through the Services — including resumes, applications, contact forms, or other content — you represent that you have the right to share it and grant TMT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process that content as needed to provide and improve the Services. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit.
7. Job Listings and Staffing Services
Job listings published on the Services are provided for informational purposes and may be updated, modified, or removed at any time. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment, or placement. Specific staffing engagements, consulting projects, and any resulting employment or contractor relationships are governed by separate written agreements between TMT, the candidate, and/or the client, which will control over these Terms with respect to those engagements.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMT disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMT IT Solutions and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TMT IT Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and TMT regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
